Our Techniques

Specialized, Personalized Care

We deliver personalized chiropractic care utilizing the following techniques and tools:

  • Diversified
  • Thompson
  • Cox Flexion Distraction
  • Activator Methods®
  • Active Release Technique (ART)
  • Soft tissue work
  • Stretching and strengthening exercises
  • Spinal corrective care exercises
  • Rehabilitative and Physical Therapy exercises

Because no two people are alike, we alter our care to meet the needs and goals of each patient, as well as considering what the patient can tolerate and what we feel will best serve them. The care we provide a 300 pound man will not look the same as the care we provide a baby, obviously. But also the care we provide a woman with a serious injury will differ from that of a woman with chronic illness, both based on her needs, and on her personal goals.

No matter whom the patient, our philosophy is always the same – remove anything that’s interfering with health, whether that interference is nutritional or spinal. We believe and teach that when we remove the things limiting the body’s ability to move and work, that it is free to work the way God designed it to.

Still Hesitant?

“Don’t put the cart before the horse,” says Dr. Cleland. “You never know what care you will need – or how we can provide that care – until we sit down and talk.”

We have many different ways we can adjust patients. Often a patient has a concern about a particular technique or does not like the idea of having their neck “cracked.”

The bottom line at Infinite Wellness Chiropractic is that if a patient wants our help, and if they want to be healthy and do it naturally, this is the place to be! We can figure out a way to get you well.

Chiropractic is For Kids!

All of us have spines that protect our nerves. Kids are no different. If a child’s spine is not lined up properly, it can affect how the nerves feed into their organ systems, causing issues you might not correlate with the nervous system. Misalignments in the spine can affect:

  • How the immune system functions
  • How digestion works
  • How the ears drain
  • And tons of other health issues

Often kids have issues that you wouldn’t correlate with neck pain, back pain, or headaches. These aren’t usually the things that bring kids to the chiropractor! Consider having your child’s spine checked simply to make sure their nervous system is working right.

Kids should be checked on a regular basis because they tend to be harder on their spines than professional athletes. But with preventive care, your kids may never have to go endure some the degenerative issues that adults think are just a part of growing older.

Take the proactive approach, and call to schedule a check-up today.
